I am very happy to point people to the new A9 Developer Blog. We are launching this new blog to better involve the community in the work of A9. I will be posting frequently over there about OpenSearch and other topics of general interest regarding search. Other people on the team will be writing about projects such as the A9 Toolbar, the A9 Yellow Pages, our work with maps (some very neat projects in the works here!), and much, much more to come.
My goal is to make the blog a place where the comments are as much a part of the attraction as the posts themselves. And, as you can tell from my work on unto.net, I’d like it to be a pretty candid peek into our development process, not just a place to post press releases. And the launch of an A9 blog is particularly useful for me personally, as it allows me to write about A9 in an appropriate environment, while leaving this site for other topics. So please join me at blog.a9.com and introduce yourself to everyone. Subscribe to the blog and stay on top of what A9 is up to.
(If the layout looks familiar, there is a good reason for that. But I think I picked a horrendous background colour — periwinkle and salmon are a bit more Laura Ashley than high tech… I pulled the values from one of our CSS files, but I’m guessing I didn’t grab the right ones.)

Just wanted to thank Chris “Williamsburger” Fairbanks for being unto.net’s guest-editor extraordinaire . Oh, and for agreeing that “wow those *are* kinda hideous… : )”.
