I made some modifications to the layout. Mostly to reduce the page weight and migrate toward strict HTML and CSS compliance.
Also, because I read Russell Beattie Notebook on an almost daily basis and love the clean design he chose.
And as usual, I haven't even looked at it in I.E. So more changes are sure to follow...
