A few handheld shots of the fire that gutted a building on Central Ave and Haight St in San Francisco on Friday, December 9th. I smelled the smoke and went up to the roof to take the first shot, then we put on shoes and walked over. The firefighters mostly had it under control by then and were moving people off the street. I want to make up some sort of press badge that I can wear when things like this happen... (Click on the picture for the full gallery.)
